Abstract submission is now Closed.
Please follow the instructions below, and complete the submission of the abstracts by March 15, 2024.
Authors are requested to prepare their abstracts according to the indicated sample and guidelines below.
As an illustrated abstract, not more than 3 illustrations (tables/figs/pictures) should be aligned to the right side of the abstract.
Less than 5 references are allowed in a brief style (Elsawey et al. Diversity 2023, 15, 46) at the bottom of the abstract.
The abstract should be sent as a Word document.
Participants will be informed about the acceptance of their presentations (Oral/Poster).
Poster Guidelines
Authors are requested to submit their abstracts as indicated in “Abstract Submission”.
Selected posters will be in-person presentations with a maximum of 5 PowerPoint slides. Presenters will have 10 minutes for their talk and discussion.
Prepare A4 hard copies for distribution among participants.
A prize will be offered to the best choices.
